End of the craziest month ever!!!!

Wow! What a March/month it’s been. Just when HK thought we were over the worst of the pandemic, bam ... it’s back with a bang. Today the number is 714!!!! We were at 136 about 10 days ago, and now 714. Nothing compared to some other countries, but we were doing so well.

Sharon and Mike were in DB today so I got to meet up with them and have a catch up in the Plaza.

The Plaza mall is nearly completed now, 3 years on. We checked out a newly opened bakery specialising in sourdough bread at $95 (£9.5) a loaf!!! Good luck to them. We have Ben!!!!!

It’s been yet another gloomy, grey, rainy day and the last day of March and what has been a roller coaster of a month for many.

I baked these blueberry muffins, my second attempt, in the afternoon. I’ll have to conserve my flour from now on as there was hardly any “normal” flour in our supermarket. I’ll have to start going further afield to procure some if I have to make any serious cakes ... yikes!
