In my Lunch Break

I made these beauties :)

Considering I couldn't find my rolling pin and had to use two chopping boards, one to put them on and the other to 'flatten them' I don't think they've come out too badly.  And of course all my cutters are packed, so I had to use a mug to cut them out as well :)

Making use of what I've got to hand and most of them are now safely in the freezer so I don't eat them all at once :)

Shattered now (and its so cold again) - tempted to get into bed already at 5.30pm...pjs I think, then a few chores before dinner :)
