Much baaing

I took a wander down the track from our place and realised why the baa volume we can hear at home had gone up. What feels like a huge number of sheep and lambs have appeared in the nearby fields so I think our neighbour must have finally taken most of them out of the lambing sheds. It feels late to be seeing them all but with the very wet weather earlier it's taken a while for the land to dry out.

C prepped the veg patch with our home compost and got the seed potatoes in. We've discovered over the years that spuds make great groundcover when you're trying to keep a garden going from a long distance away. Our main issue is that actually we don't eat many so the crop is a bit of a conundrum!

Berry isn't much inclined to do recall today so we've been working on Proximity and Orientation (oh, the lingo you pick up!). Her eczema has flared up so that's probably why she's out of sorts poor thing. This scenario gets to her too!
