Rush Hour!!

After an exhilerating drive out of Dubai in the direction of Oman with some very good friends..(their son at the wheel of the four wheel drive....hence the exhileration!) we finally arrived at the Desert Palm Resort for lunch.

A horsey place...to say the least...with an infinity pool, several restaurants and a polo field, although there were no matches today for us to view while we indulged in delicacies from the menu!

A very relaxed day....and en route back to Dubai...we passed my favourite spot at the head of the creek....at feeding time!!! Just had to stop!!!

Love the way these 'greedy' feathered friends literally run across the lagoon as awkwardly as possible...to be first at the 'meals on wheels' van!

These ones have just eaten and in true Downton Abbey style, have adjourned to the 'drawing room' for a musical interlude.....before bedtime.

The Conductor at the front... is raising the baton, the treble clef is in place on the musical score and the notes are beginning to untangle and get themselves into place, crotchets with their uploaders, quavers with their downloaders!

Let the symphony begin!!!!
