You were thinking these were daffodils, yes?   I'd never looked at this particular berberis very closely - it's rather fun.

A mixed day of gaming and railwaying.  It should have been the annual show of the 16mm Association today, but they put an ad hoc 'virtual' version with organised streaming from people's gardens on the facebook group. While I didn't hang around for all of it, it worked well and I'd not be surprised if they didn't repeat it post-virus.  

A group of us who would have got together face to face got together webcam to webcam at lunchtime and had a good old chat.

Then 'met' with P for some online boardgaming experimentation.  There are a wide range of online boardgame platforms out there, of various degrees of usability.  

Conclusion: Jazzy 3D graphics does not, of itself, a usable interface make. 

Which, given my career, was entirely expected.
