Red or White..?

As part of my garden blitz, I have freshened up the Mackintosh rose feature I made for the trellis. When I made it I used a reddish paint as seen on the one I made for the front of the house. 

Today I painted this one white. Boy does it stand out!

This is not because I have a preference between the red or white side of some hills up north but because white paint was what I had.

Some may have views on the matter... ;o)
