Pink Supermoon

No, I couldn't resist it! The other supermoons of the year have been on cloudy nights, today we've been blessed with a clear sky.

It was the pink supermoon this time, so named after one of the first flowers to bloom in spring; the Wild Ground Phlox, an American flower, which also went by the name “moss pink.

Another lovely sunny day so after catching up with world events and a bit of computer work, this afternoon we were out working in the garden again. Today we tackled the 7' high Leylandii hedge, technically belonging to our neighbour, but we do our bit. (The original house owner planted it and let it grow too tall.) Last year we had neglected some of it behind a bush and the bit we lopped of today was 7' itself!

Lockdown Day 15  Good thing today:  a clear sky
