Rickety Fencing.....

Our slightly longer walk of the week took us to the Wedgwood Monument, dedicated to a John Wedgwood who was a local coal mine owner. Not to be confused with Josiah Wedgwood the famous potter!

It was a much taller structure but following storm damage in the 1970s it was reduced to a quarter of it's size.
