A rumbustious rabbit

As it was a sunny day we decided to walk right around the harbour to sit in a little square of grass far too small to be called a park, but with a picnic table and several seats, looking out over the bay. After a post-lunch cuppa out on the deck in the sunshine we set off, walking though the quiet streets and up Glengallen Road to our destination. As we arrived, the sun went behind the clouds and a gusty wind off the sea made it impossible to sit, so we started for home again. I took an extra  picture from there across the bay - our house is out of sight behind the left side of McCaig's Tower on the hilltop.

On the way home we passed a Mum and daughter, the latter struggling with a rather large Easter Bunny. Mum was happy for me to take pictures. Some days these bunnies are just too big to handle!

Wine and chocolate this evening and watching Mrs M's favourite film, 'Local Hero'!

Quote of the Day: (Sorry for another Winnie the Pooh quote!)

A.A. Milne, ‘Winnie the Pooh’ - “Rabbit’s clever,” said Pooh thoughtfully. “Yes,” said Piglet, “Rabbit’s clever.” “And he has Brain.” “Yes,” said Piglet, “Rabbit has Brain.” There was a long silence. “I suppose,” said Pooh, “that that’s why he never understands anything.”
