Seeing Beyond Looking

Through Rose-tinted Windows

There were beautiful brushstrokes of pink in the sky this morning making life look very rosy. My favourite capture this morning was the pink sky reflected in these windows - which also reflected branches!  Even the normally white painted house took on a lavender glow in the early hour, This was taken at 6.32 am this morning.

I've started prolonging my walk from 30 to 45 minutes. There are more people around in that extra fifteen minutes: dog walkers and obviously a few people going to work. We all steer clear of one another and I often do it before the other person.

Covid-19 update:
This evening a big announcement is expected, even though we're in lockdown till April 26, there is talk of gradualy leaving confinement by regulated steps. Let's hope that masks will be available for everyone when this happens.
A couple of badly hit countries have had to prolong their confinement (France is one of them). Another country should prolong, but there is some heated debate about the economy suffering.  The problem is, that leaving confinement too soon - may create a second wave of the virus which could be even more devastating.
