Track Repairs

Mentioned recently that sticks have appeared in the ground on parish owned field tracks which amongst things others showed how some farmers had overdone claiming our "communal" assets by ploughing over the borderlines.

It was announced in the parish weekly bulletin sheet that the work was now starting on redoing the tracks. Here is one of these sites. scraping off any topsoil & putting down several layers of stone foundation & later finer sandy gravel.
