When is a square not a square?

Another beautiful day - lots of blue sky, sunshine and fluffy clouds! I lay out on the deck with the cats for a while before lunch and then we both sat out again after lunch. Lovely!

Our walk this afternoon took us back up to the Hydro - more people about today, but still fairly quiet. Good to meet people we know and to stop for a chat.

There's a viewpoint which looks down over the town centre. It's a steep drop down into the street below, but as the whole area is privately owned there seems to be no necessity for a barrier of any sort. There used to be seats up there, but apparently they were thrown over the cliff years ago! The streets below were fairly quiet, but there are still quite a few vehicles about. This is a telephoto view down into Argyll Square. The 'Clansman' came into view while we were up there, so I waited until she was almost in and took an extra picture for the ferry lovers!
