Pothole play!

This pothole is just up the road ....... it is huge ...... it could do a lot of damage to your car if you hit it!

However I noticed that it looked a bit like a face with ears ...... so with a little bit of a touch up ...... (otherwise known as a poor effort at drawing) I've added eyes & a mouth.

Wish I could draw a bit better .... it's challenging on the computer just using a mouse! Not that I'm very good at drawing anyway!

The little Blue Tits have been backwards & forwards today fetching food ..... maybe their chicks have hatched! I did try to get a photo .... but all I got was a blur!

We had a fair amount of rain overnight ...... the plants in the garden really enjoyed it! It gradually cleared through the morning & now (late afternoon) the sun is shining again!

Update on yesterday:

Hubby spoke to a policeman just before he finished his shift ..... apparently they had dispersed lots of people in town, issued quite a number of fines & even arrested a few that would not disperse! Hopefully the message will get through! Thankfully Hubby is home for the next three weeks .... but who knows what will happen if the lockdown is extended after that!
