Sweet Tooth Attack!

What a beauty of a day we’ve enjoyed: bright sun and temps in the 50s! I ventured out into the yard to pick up branches that had fallen over the winter, then searched for signs of life from bulbs planted last fall, and perennial plantings. The best surprise of all? The garlic bulbs we planted last fall have grown a few inches above their straw blanket. This is very encouraging! I also gave in to my sweet tooth call and baked a new recipe for vegan chocolate chip bars. I hope they’re tasty but at this point I’d eat cardboard! Stay well, Blipmates!
