Remembering my Dad

It would have been his 94th birthday today so I thought I’d photograph this magenta geranium that is a descendent of one of his plants.  I’ve got five more rooted and growing, so the plant survives.

I’ve been planting another Clematis today in a rather awkward spot in the garden which has felt tiring, so I’ve needed a few sits in between activity.  It’s now in situ and I hope it’s OK, this part of the garden tends to be quite damp as the pond is leaking slightly.  The worms seem to like it there so maybe it’s not too waterlogged.
