Leeds city council are closing off litter bins so that they can direct resources to other needy areas.

Some bins have big black bags taped over them, some have notices taped over the holes and today I saw that they have been creative with some crime tape!

None of the techniques have stopped determined covidiots from dumping stuff in and around the bins.... :-(
