Life through the lens...

Cherry Blossom Time

We took a different route for our walk today so that I could photograph the cherry trees up this drive.
Well I got my photo, whichI am very pleased with, but we won’t be doing that walk again.
This drive up to a farm, is off the main Leeds Whitehall Road.
We thought it would be quiet because of the restrictions. We were wrong!
It was almost as busy as usual.
Because we have not been used to many cars, the noise seemed horrendous.
We did cut back along a quiet path, and collected a dozen eggs on the way home.
Also saw a lot of young rabbits playing in a field.
So tomorrow it’s back to our normal route, with a detour to the pond.

Another lovely day. Not quite so sunny, but the cool wind has dropped.
Had to water the pots again.
Our son brought the weekly farm order. Again everything I ordered. Including some lovely Belgium strawberries which we will be having for tea with some Longley Farm Jersey Extra Rich Double Cream. Yummy!

We will be out tonight clapping for carers.
I will be ringing our bell.( see extra)
Makes quite a noise!

Take care, stay safe, and keep smiling, and Happy St George’s Day.
