Wound up in Wexford

The boulder bed

Back blipped on 25th

We're well on the way to creating our new bed - to be known as the boulder bed.  The local nursery has delivered a good selection of plants - though not enough sedum in my opinion, so there are now some more on order from an online nursery.  We distributed the pots around the bed in the late afternoon, and sat down to admire them from the patio.  In the background, there are blue tits and goldfinch on the bird feeders.  And shortly after, we were visited by Mrs GSW - see extra.

I'm going to move the Little Princess tulips (which are now dying back), because they are pretty much invisible where they are at the moment, and in the autumn, when spring bulbs are available, I'll plant some crocus, miniature daffs and perhaps some small species tulips.
