After yesterday's exploits on the bike I can eat food like this, checking my Garmin GPS it shows I burned 3600cals!I also have this less cropped shot, however I couldn't choose between them.

I should also mention this was taken on the new lens, a 55-250mm Canon IS, and its brilliant having such a big zoom again! Spotting such things as these flowers in the neighbours Window, not that I spy on people though!

Out again tonight to Foyer which is nice :)
