Blooming Chives

I was at the computer at 5:45 this morning to check on the thing I implemented last night - it's not a great time to be nervous.  And there was no need, it had worked as planned - a huge relief.  

As usual the admin around this change was much more of a guddle than the actual technical changes.

And now we have a long weekend.  No work tomorrow because it's the 1st May and hooray for that.  And next year we won't have it as a holiday because it's a Saturday.

I realised today that I'm actually enjoying working from home.  I like having a small cat come to have a nap as I'm working.  I like being able to pop out and buy some Strawberries.  And when I'm not on the phone, I love the quiet.
