Peony/Pfingstrose

It's meant to bloom around Pentecost (das Pfingsten) and it is way too early.

Up early today.  Well, Bank Holiday (der Feiertag) early.  Down to the bakery in pouring rain and back home for sausages in freshly baked buns.

Nisha was very interested in the sausages.  I cut a thin slice* and put it on a saucer.  Nisha loves sausage.  It was hoovered up in seconds.

The rest of the day has been filled with doing very little.  Not even checking out problems from work.

*I try to avoid the large sausage in small bun problem that affects the whole of Germany.  I have no problem with a chopped sausage.
