Evening of Laughter

A busy morning getting the front room windows cleaned and prepared for to be used again after three years of us being bone idle and ignoring the work.

Helen, Barbara’s daughter was visiting her clearly heard speaking from the garden as Barbara is going increasingly deaf so we could hear every conversation !

M and S for mum shopping and then dropped off . She had gone down for her daily stroll to the garden so we sat on the wall and chatted for a while. One of the resident’s Ann, (92) is an ex minister and she drops a sermon through everyone’s door every two weeks and then calls back asking if they have any questions on the sermon. My mum has the call this morning and she was saying she didn’t know what to ask this week. We could only suggest to her to ask her in what way was God dealing with the Corona virus....

Treated ourselves to a tasty fillet steak from the local butchers for tea - so dam good and then the highlight of the week quiz night . What a laugh we have it’s so good for the soul!

Earlier start tonight as Kevin, who is the manager of the M and S store in Stirling, was getting up at 4! Jeepers!
