Mono Monday - Wind-Dancer

The theme for today is "High Key Outdoor", and of course now we can all go outside, unless we can't. Who can tell any more... 

Anyhow, this was the first poppy to flower in our back garden and thus far is the only one who has taken the chance. And paid the price. Go Large...

The rest - and there are dozens - are following the far more sensible and coherent Stay in Bud, Protect the Petals, Save Poppy.

Ripped apart by the chill northerly winds, this brave soul looks as much like a matador as a flower, but since I'm not overly fond of bullfighting...

Let's call her Wind Dancer.
