Crumbs!

Warning! Don’t make breadcrumbs after watching Grayson Perry on the telly!
Had to turn the rest of the loaf into crumbs because it’s Day 1 of our two week Figure Booster program; high protein/low carb diet, High Intensity training and no cheating apparently. Gives me a chance to try out some new recipes using lots of fruit and veg from our fully stocked fridge. All good so far ...

Allotment news: two rows of Nicola spuds planted; the neighbours’ spuds have been frosted but mine seem OK, weeds are growing like wildfire.
