Shelter from the storm ....

The cold spell continues with snow (!) forecast for this afternoon.

We've been trying to protect some blossoms with netting/bubblwrap but it kept blowing away (unsurprisingly). When I was out for a short walk this morning I noticed someone else had pegged their covering to their tree - obvious really - and so have done the same. We'll see if/how it works. 

We shall spend the rest of the afternoon finishing our latest jigsaw and plan to watch Matthew Bourne' s Swan Lake this evening.
