Squirrel bird...

Today we took a trip to the local garden centre which has reopened this week. Very well controlled and much easier to socially distance than at the supermarket. We filled up with compost and a few other bits and pieces, but will need to return again tomorrow to get some compost for my parents. Hopefully it will be quiet first thing in the morning and we won’t have to wait too long. The queue today was about 25 long and took around 20 minutes, but as it was warm and sunny we were quite happy to wait. 

This afternoon I spent a couple of hours repotting my sunflowers, planting some sweet peas and rearranging the junk in the garage. 

I was watching the birds on the feeder when Mr Squirrel appeared again and hopped onto the bird bath for a drink.
