A blast from the past!

A lazy blip, but I have been tidying out the filing box - you know - the one with lots of identity theft potential and a tax coding notice from 2003, but not last years, because it is still in that pile of to be dealt with paperwork.  Anyway,  I came across this photo from my student days ... this would be around 1979!  Large motorcycles (Norton Commando 750) Bouncy Carol (don't ask!) Punk, The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, AC/DC, the Smith Chart (I did use them at work!)  Magnetic circuits (not much used) Fourier Transforms (used a lot!) and Laplace Transforms (what?)

Not really in the spirit of blip as I didn't take the photo, and certainly not today!
