As well as the fruit and veg that the allotment provides, it gives us daffs in the spring, a few roses in the summer and flowering chives when we don’t cut them fast enough. Like now!
Final day of our Booster fortnight today and I’ve been running down the fridge and freezer stocks and cooking up some of the better dishes that we’re tried in those two weeks. There are a couple that will definitely be added to the ‘can do anytime’ category and I think we’ll be keeping some of the healthier breakfast options. Might even stick with the HIIT exercises, you never know, although today’s combo of squats followed by mountain climbers is unlikely to be repeated in a hurry!
