Who Knew Holly Flowers?

Stands to reason it would, it is a plant, it has berries but safe to say I've never noticed our holly bush in flower before.

You can see the flowers are small and white and there are not lots on the bush so perhaps were I not staying at home and spending so much time in the garden and if it had not been so windy, such that I noticed all the small white blossom on the ground and so looked up to see it's source I might never yet have seen my holly bush blossom.

I have now seen it and will look out for it in future years.
