Tiny Tuesday ....

.... tiny Eastern baby cottontail.

The weather today was downright HOT!  But it was the humidity that got me.  I love the heat of the summer but could do without the humidity. As a result I didn't even bother with the macro lens today.   I got it out but never put in on my camera.  So I'm glad I got this picture of baby buns early in the day. It's hard to see just how tiny he/she is as there's nothing to show the scale ... but I'd have to say it's about the size of a grapefruit. And cute as a button!

I spent the better part of the day either in the sunroom or outside in the backyard ... I sat on the deck for a while but didn't last long as the sun's rays were intense today.  Later after supper we took a trip to Lowe's as R wanted to look at the plants and then we stopped at Louise Moore Park for a walk. It was cooler by then so the walk was enjoyable.
