Raised Beds

After several seasons of thinking about making raised beds I finally got started building some.
My first raised bed followed the slope. I think it will work but they seem to look better when they are level, so I've put a bit more effort into that with number two (completed) and number three which was under construction at the time I took this picture, and now, this evening, is almost finished. Hopefully we can keep these beds free from those very persisitent weeds that plague the rest of the garden.
