Zero

It has been another lockdown Sunday, pretty much the same as the last 11 lockdown Sundays. 

Positives?

Dinner. My home made burgers with a mixed salad - lettuces with fruit. 

My evening walk, over at Kinghorn. Just me on a deserted beach with the sound of the waves. 

The virus - no-one registered as dying from it in Scotland in the last 24 hours. Whilst very positive, there is usually a time lag with registrations over the weekend. 

The Blip is a pilot boat goiing back to base after putting a pilot onto a ship heading up river.
