LAST MINUTE

You know when you do want to say...”I told you so...”????

Chef O has lots of cooking to practice....he had to photograph each part of the prep and the final dish.....if only we’d have a few spare weeks for him to get it done he wouldn’t be cooking like a madman!!!!

“Why don’t you do a dish or 2 each week?”

Yeah yeah....I will. HE DIDNT!!!and now it’s all panic stations as he’s been asked back to work next week...I told you so!!!

Still I enjoyed potato and watercress soup and this for my lunch...asparagus tart with charred fennel. It was delicious.
