Saturday night is pasta night

There is little to look forward to on a weekend when the weather precludes walking, sitting on the balcony, even gardening, and lockdown precludes going to a museum or a gallery or welcoming friends to our home, so thank goodness for Saturday pasta night. On Saturday, it was tortellini, filled with the same venison/chorizo mix we put in the ravioli last week. It all worked out pretty well. It certainly diverts for an hour or two, and produces something very tasty.

I've added an extra of the earlier stages of production, using our recently acquired pasta drying rack. We've got much better at producing thin sheets of pasta over the course of our weekly experiments.

Afterwards we watched some nonsense TV. Earlier, I didn't achieve my plan to catch up with photo editing. Oh well, that can be for tomorrow, perhaps.
