Just Fi and I climbed today, and we went to Stanage High Neb. Five routes in four hours, by which time I was knackered. 

We'd both done a 5:2 fast day yesterday but she's in her fifties as opposed to my sixties, and I'm wondering how much difference a fast day makes to energy resources the day after. I certainly feel that I'm weaker than normal even though I have porridge, banana, yoghurt and honey for breakfast. 

Anyway, a good day! The extra was snapped on the way back to our cars.
