Focaccia

A moment of domesticity when I made some red onion and sage focaccia for lunch. It was still a bit of a faff, even using the bread maker for the laborious initial proving, but was worth the effort. It would have been even better had I been able to serve it with olives and chopped tomatoes. Next time I'll get it right!

Long walk with Pepper later on keeping an eye on the gathering clouds. The rumbling thunder together with a few rain stops lead me to take a slight short cut towards the end, and I just made it home before the rain really fell.

Fun quiz with Tring Choral friends over zoom tonight. I didn't get many answers right!
