ZAD96 - Swarm

My riding coach threatened to make me do my whole lesson standing up this week, to help with my leg position. True to her word I did have to do quite a lot of it today, in walk and trot. I'm definitely going to feel it tomorrow.

While I was up at the allotment this morning my neighbour's bees decided to swarm. It was fascinating to watch, and so noisy. I wanted to take some pictures but there were 1000s of them and I don't react well to bee stings so I thought it best to retreat. I hope he got them back.

The raspberries are in the garden. These are summer fruiting, the ones in the allotmemt are autumn fruiting. I should have fruit right through to October now.
