Flying High

A beautiful Emperor Dragonfly patrolling his area and feeding but also checking me out quickly on a fly past.

I sought out a new wetland area today at a perry pear orchard and wasn't disappointed; the pools were positively humming with dragons out in the heat.

I am still captivated by taking flight shots - I like a challenge!
