Perfect rose

I blipped this fine specimen of a rose on my way back from my walk along the Water of Leith this morning. I am pleased to report that the bridge up to Wester Coates is open again.

We have an important meeting on Thursday and I needed some time to prepare for this, so over the course of the day I have worked my way through a series of documents. From these I have created a crib sheet for Bruce and David. Meanwhile Rachel submitted the conference proposal that we worked on over the weekend.

Tonight it's both my book group meeting and Mr hazelh's beer night. I hope that our wireless connection will cope with excitement of two simultaneous conference calls!

Exercise today: walking (17,411 steps).
