Happy Monday, All! • It’s sunny and warm today but 14 degrees less than the past few days. Plus there’s an occasional breeze • After breakfast by the river and some bird watching in a couple of spots we headed home to water plants, weed the garden and mow the lawn. It felt so good to be active outside again after a few days holed up in the house • It proved to be a successful bird watching day: numerous ospreys, an eagle, many cormorants catching fish, cedar waxwings, and then this little guy, a tufted titmouse fledgling. I thought for sure my blip would be a waxwing, but then this happened. He’s just so darned cute, and just look at his crest! It’s so disheveled! I’ve named him Kramer, after a character from the comedy/sitcom Seinfeld. I hope you’re familiar because the likeness is quite humorous!
