stretch and fold

Luke continues in his quest for the perfect loaf. It's a lot more of a drawn out process than the gluten free variety but that's ok when you are on furlough and have time to spare. We are thinking of trying to make kombucha next, getting excited at the idea of another challenge.

After about 48 hours of rain, the weather is changing and I think we are going to have a couple of days of nice warm sunshine. The garden is looking a bit battered and needs some tlc. Some big bits of tree have come down - D and the neighbours were out with their chainsaw yesterday and there is a pile of wood waiting to be split. My lovely lupins are almost horizontal and the peonies looking rather sad.
