Snow is Forecast

We are forecast to have quite heavy snow in Aberdeen today. It certainly did not look likely when I took this photograph of Rubislaw Church this morning, Although I have blipped this church a couple of times previously I was attracted by the white of the steeple roof against the blue sky.

It has been pretty cold today despite the blue sky and sunshine, but no sign of the forecast snow. Perhaps we are protected by the cold North Sea. At the time I took this I was also protected by the inner warmth of a freshly consumed cappuccino.
