Bird's-foot Trefoil

Taken this morning during my walk. I tried to make it out early, before it got too hot, but I putz'd around and didn't get out until 9:30, so it wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped it would be. The Trefoil is a perennial of the Pea family, native to grasslands & while it CAN grow upright, most often I see it lower to the ground, especially along the edges of walkways and paths.
Thanks to Anni/BikerBear for her FlowerFridays, and to Miranda for her WildFlower week challenge. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! :)
