A day at the seaside

I said yesterday I'd blip something today that I haven't blipped since the lockdown started and here it is; the seaside!  We made an appointment to see the builders of the house we want to buy so drove over to Holt this morning.  A productive meeting, resulting in confirmation the house will be held for us until next week by which time, hopefully, our buyers will have had their survey done and will be happy to proceed (we know they are very keen to buy).  It will mean another visit next weekend to sort out the paperwork but even though it is a round trip of about 230 miles it's still a pleasant drive.  Afterwards we drove to the beach at Cley and had a picnic lunch that we had taken with us, before driving home with a stop at Sharrington to pick up some strawberries and raspberries.

I've added an extra of 'our' new house; hopefully by the time we get it, it will have three floors and look a bit better than it does now!
