Garden: Parasitic Wasp on Nemesia

Tinier in large.

Just garden macros today, in spite of the wind...
Spotted the (/a) ruby-tailed wasp again, but didn't get a decent angle (*sigh*). Was pleased to spot this elegant little wasp; I suspect that it is a chalcid of some sort, but "parasitic wasp" is probably the safest description.
