Some of us were at Harborough Rocks today, although the wind was very strong and the temperature cool. I did one lead but the wind was off-putting and I didn't fancy another - fortunately Fi was made of sterner stuff!

By early afternoon most of us were tired of being cold and battered so we left. It's the nearest crag though, only 30 minutes away.

Once home I gave up with my few broad bean plants and pulled them up, the blackfly is disgusting and has severely affected pod number and size, although I picked and washed clean a few small ones. The soil is still really dry, so I gave all the veg a good soak.
