A Golden Pint

A windy day, with a sunny morning.  It clouded over in the afternoon, and heavy showers.  A sunny evening, and wind dropping.

A day working in the museum.  I've been busy with morning cleaning, and getting things ready.  When it finally stopped raining, I managed a walk with Sammy.  Friends Liz and Fiona popped by with Pepper, and a cuppa in the garden. Feet up shortly.

Pubs in Scotland have been given the go ahead to open today, but only if there is outside space to do so.  Here in Shetland, not many can accommodate that, but a few have beer gardens.  My local and workplace does, and opened it's doors again today.  I'm not back working yet, but came down for a pint, to show some support.  Thankfully it's sensible drinking, and not packed like the streets of London.  A tad chilly out, but makes the crisp cool lager taste better.  It's been a long three months without a pint :)  Taken at the Kiln Bar, Scalloway.
