Saturday Not The Park Run Selfie.

In the continued enforced absence of the Park Run, our local organisers have been encouraging everyone to run each Saturday in a different colour and post a selfie. The selfies are then collated and put up on the website.

Having worked through the colours of the rainbow in the last few weeks, today's theme was multi-coloured so this was our offering. We have to confess to changing into something more conventional before we actually did our run. Didn't want to frighten the neighbours.

This afternoon was spent helping Chris clean the decking on his balcony. Just need to re-stain it now.
