This Way To The Tor?

We enjoyed a lunchtime BBQ with the whole family, sitting under the dappled shade of the apple tree.

After the "children" had gone home, Tess & I took a walk across the fields. You can just about see the pimple of the Tor in the distance, directly underneath the point of the signpost.

In the course of our walk we saw a hawk harrying a pair of buzzards, a couple of herons patrolling the riverbank, a distant egret in the reeds and the deer at Sharpham Park, but nothing close enough to capture on the phone camera so a view of the Tor it is.
