At the Marina

On our morning stroll this morning,  we saw the cormorant drying off his feathers, they do this periodically after they have searched for food, after numerous dives they need to dry off as their feathers are extremely oily, they begin to drag them down making it harder to continue to dive.
They are however exceptional swimmers.
